PILOT HPVE EVAPORATION EQUIPMENT

INTRODUCTION TO THE PILOT HPVE TVTS SYSTEM

The Heat Pump Vacuum Evaporator Pilot (HPVE) System – Specifically Designed for Industrial Wastewater Testing

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

TVTS’s pilot system is designed to fully simulate industrial system structures, yet is compact and flexible, allowing for temporary installation at the customer’s workshop or factory.
This is a fast, low-cost, and data-driven testing solution for all complex wastewater streams..

“The HPVE pilot system uses a heat pump mechanism – reusing evaporative energy, saving 60–70% on electricity compared to conventional heating systems, suitable for wastewater with high COD and high TDS such as electroplating, electronics, and chemicals”.

REGISTRATION AND TRIAL RUN PROCESS

REGISTRATION AND TRIAL RUN PROCESS
Step Description
1️⃣. Submit Wastewater Information The client fills out a form and describes the type of wastewater to be tested.
2️⃣. Sample Collection TVTS collects samples at the factory or the client sends them to the TVTS pilot facility.
3️⃣. Pilot Test Operation (HPVE System) TVTS engineers operate the pilot unit and record COD, TDS, and energy consumption data.
4️⃣. Technical Report & Investment Consultation TVTS provides a detailed technical report along with an optimized system proposal (CAPEX – OPEX – ROI).

RESULTS AND ACTUAL DATA FROM PILOT EVAPORATOR EXPERIMENTAL RUN

  • TEST OPERATION OF PILOT RO-VACUUM SYSTEM FOR HAZARDOUS WASTEWATER TREATMENT
  • AT NORTHERN VIETNAM HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT COMPANY.
  • Execution time: 2025

💡Assignment: The requirement is to treat an acidic wastewater stream. To achieve efficiency in treating acidic wastewater streams, evaporation at very low temperatures is necessary. The proposed solution is to use a vacuum heat pump evaporator (HPVE).

SAMPLE DESCRIPTION AND IMAGES

💧 Wastewater samples tested: high COD levels (COD > 20,000 mg/L, TDS > 10,000 mg/L).

TVTS designs, manufactures, assembles, operates, and transfers evaporative wastewater treatment technology. PILOT

Water recovery efficiency after evaporation: ≈ 80%

Note:

All wastewater samples must be prepared in a minimum volume of 1,000 liters to ensure a stable and continuous pilot testing process.
The data obtained are used directly for system design, ROI calculation, and optimization of full-scale industrial capacity.
