The Force Circulation MEE Evaporator System: TV15-FCMEE-EVP-3STTA is a multi-effect evaporation system designed and manufactured by TVTS, which has opacacity is 15 m3/day.

This MEE evaporator system is not integrated with crystallization functionality, focusing entirely on efficient water evaporation and solution concentration.

The system consists of 1, 2, or 3 evaporation effects and offers flexible design capacities ranging from 5 m³/day to over 500 m³/day, depending on feed characteristics and process demands.
It is widely applied across food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, desalination, pulp & paper, and industrial wastewater treatment industries.

1. Working Principle of the Force Circulation MEE Evaporator

The Force Circulation MEE operates on the principle of using vapor from the previous effect as the heating medium for the next stage.
This multi-effect configuration allows repeated reuse of vapor energy, significantly reducing overall steam consumption and improving thermal efficiency.

The process is supported by a high-capacity circulation pump, which maintains continuous liquid flow through the heat exchanger, ensuring stable heat transfer and minimizing scaling or fouling.
